Counselling gives people the opportunity to talk about any difficulties they may be having in their lives.
Everybody has some worries and concerns in life however there are times when these become too much for us to manage on our own and start to affect our personal happiness.
Counselling can be beneficial in helping people reduce some of their worries and work out different ways of coping with them. It gives individuals the opportunity to talk with someone out with family and friends in a confidential setting.
This form is totally confidential and will not be disclosed to 3rd parties.
We promise we will try to get back to you within 7 days.
You can self refer to Counselling or a professional can refer you.
When you attend counselling you will meet initially with the counsellor for approximately an hour.
During this time your main problems and concerns will be discussed.
It will then be decided between you and the counsellor what would be the best way forward in helping you.
If counselling is agreed, further sessions will be arranged on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
