As a graduate of Nursing and Health studies, Martin Cassidy has also progressed towards being a highly experienced Mental Health Nurse, General Nurse and is also a very accomplished Midwife. A former Nurse Manager, he now focusses on delivering robust, informative & highly effective Healthcare Training programmes to various Healthcare professionals. This includes Emergency First aid training & Paediatric First aid training. Martin is currently a trainer working with Willie Chrystal's "Maxsafe Solutions"

Nicki has a particular interest in person centred development and provides support through listening, understanding and sharing a range of tools that enable individuals to make the positive improvements they seek as well as define and achieve their success. Through this comes improved wellbeing and an appreciation of happiness. Nicki is an accredited Life, Stress & Business Coach, Workshop Facilitator and HR Consultant. She has many years experience working successfully with people in industry, private, voluntary and public sectors. She is Chartered Fellow CIPD and is an Associate of Alice Muir Training.

Forward Steps Consultancy (FSC) is a Renfrewshire based personal development and training company with experience of delivering a broad range of interpersonal skills and personal development training. Isobel is a person-cented counsellor and trainer. She has devised, produced and presented training workshops and courses for professionals and carers on a number of issues and topics including: Carer issues, bereavement and loss, counselling, counselling skills and various interpersonal skills. Isobel was awarded the MBE for services to Carers in Scotland in June 2005.
Stephen Prentice facilitates our training for Introduction to Therapies which is a 5 week course.
Amy Anderson is a writer and poet has been widely published in poetry anthologies and is preparing for her own short collection of poetry to be published. She is interested in the ways in which language allow emotions to be expressed in creative writing. Amy used to be the Information Worker at the Carers Centre and now works as a Carers Advocacy Worker for Carers Scotland
